After Cosmetic or Restorative Procedures:

• Minor sensitivity is normal.
• Avoid sticky or hard foods.
• Brush, floss, and rinse with salt water as advised.
• Wear a mouthguard or night guard if recommended.

After Extractions:

• Bite on gauze to control bleeding.
• Avoid smoking, straws, and brushing near the area.
• Apply ice for swelling.
• Eat soft foods and stay hydrated.

After Fillings:

• Avoid chewing until numbness wears off.
• Sensitivity may occur for a few days.
• Call if bite feels off or pain persists.
